Little Bad Bill is a Woolly Hoodoo, who is smaller compared to the other hoodoo's, hence the name "Little" Bad Bill. He first appeared in Season 2 Mission 3: Bungle in the Jungle, as a cameo. He then later appeared in Moshi Movie Mystery, also as a cameo. He also plays the pan pipes.
